Yes. XCORE ships worldwide.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order type.
Delivery times vary by region and begin once your order has been dispatched. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs processing or local courier delays, which are outside our control.
Tracking details are provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
All XCORE orders are dispatched from our Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom operations.
Every order is prepared, quality-checked, and shipped under XCORE control, ensuring consistency, accountability, and the standards expected of a British performance brand.
Dispatch times
Non-personalised items are typically dispatched within 48 business hours
Personalised items are precision-finished to order and typically dispatched within up to 5 business days
Dispatch takes place Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Please note: dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees, and dispatch is not the same as delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to destination, customs processing, and local courier services.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
However, if you contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order, we will do our best to assist before processing begins.
After this time, or once an order has entered processing, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. This includes changes to:
• Size
• Colour
• Delivery address
• Product selection
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you have any concerns after delivery, our support team will always assist where possible.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.
XCORE cannot be held responsible for parcels:
• Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Left with neighbours, reception desks, or secure locations at the customer’s request
Orders marked as delivered by the courier cannot be refunded or replaced. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
While courier delays after dispatch are outside our control, we will always assist where possible.
Occasionally, orders may be automatically cancelled due to payment security or verification checks.
Common reasons include:
• Billing address mismatches
• Card security or fraud-prevention flags
If this occurs, please try placing your order again using:
• Correct billing details
• An alternative payment method
If the issue persists, our support team will be happy to assist.
All personalised XCORE products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, unless faulty.
This includes products from the XCORE NEXT LEVEL and XCORE IDENTITY collections.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Yes. Non-personalised XCORE products, including XCORE SPORT Essentials, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Returned in the same condition they were supplied
• Returned with original packaging included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A £10 restocking fee applies to eligible returns
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
