What the XCORE Guarantee Covers

The XCORE Guarantee applies to the carbon-fibre armour shell of every NEXT LEVEL Shin Shield.

We guarantee that the structural integrity of the carbon shell will remain intact under normal football use for five years from the date of purchase.

Before dispatch, every shield is individually inspected to ensure it meets our standards for structural integrity, finish quality, and long-term durability.

If the carbon armour fails due to a manufacturing or material defect during this period, we will replace the shield at our discretion.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover:

  Cosmetic wear, surface marks, or scratches
  
• 
  Normal signs of use, including abrasion from contact or ground impact
  
• 
  Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
  
• 
  Damage resulting from non-football activities or use outside intended play
  

Shin shields are performance equipment — not display pieces.
Visual wear over time is expected and does not affect structural protection.
