What This Guarantee Covers

The XCORE Guarantee applies to the carbon-fibre armour shell of every XCORE NEXT LEVEL Shin Shield.

We guarantee the structural integrity of the carbon-fibre shell

under normal football use

for five years from the date of purchase.

Before dispatch, every shield is individually inspected to ensure it meets our standards for structural integrity, finish quality, and long-term durability.

If the carbon armour fails due to a manufacturing or material defect during this period, we will repair or replace the shield at our discretion.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

For clarity, this guarantee does not apply to:

• Cosmetic wear, surface marks, or scratches

• Normal signs of use, including abrasion from contact or ground impact

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care

• Damage resulting from non-football activities or use outside intended play

• Normal wear of components not related to structural protection
