Order Processing & Dispatch

Non-Personalised Products

Orders for non-personalised products are typically processed and dispatched within 48 business hours (up to 2 business days).

Dispatch takes place Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Personalised Products

Orders containing personalised products (including player name, number, badge, or identity detailing) are made and finished to order.

These items are typically dispatched within up to 5 business days.

This additional time allows for precision finishing, inspection, and quality assurance in line with XCORE standards.

Dispatch Clarifications (Important)


  • Dispatch times are estimates only, not guarantees

  • Dispatch refers to order processing and handover to the courier

  • Dispatch does not equal delivery

  • Delivery timeframes begin once an order has been dispatched, not at checkout

  • No dispatch occurs on UK public holidays

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines are controlled by the courier

UK Delivery


  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service. International delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal networks.

Customers are responsible for:

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Once an order has been dispatched, XCORE cannot be held responsible for courier delays. However, we will assist where reasonably possible to help resolve delivery issues.

XCORE cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
