Unlike mass-produced plastic shin guards manufactured entirely by automated production lines, every XCORE shield is carefully inspected and finished by hand before leaving our workshop.

Each shield receives meticulous attention throughout the finishing process, including the careful application of our exclusive Diamond Clear Coat™, ensuring every pair meets the standards expected of an XCORE product.

Because every shield is individually hand finished, you may occasionally notice subtle natural variations within the protective clear coat. These are natural hand-finished characteristics that reflect genuine craftsmanship and the individuality of every shield.

These characteristics are purely cosmetic and have no impact whatsoever on the strength, durability, structural integrity or protective performance of your shin shields.

Care & Use

Everyday Use

XCORE ORIGIN Shin Shields are engineered for regular training and match play. Designed to deliver elite-level protection in an ultra-light form, they are built to perform consistently under high-impact conditions.

Fitting & Positioning

Position the shin shield centrally on the shin, ensuring full coverage of the primary impact zone.

Secure using XCORE Shin Sleeves, Grip Socks, or Shin Guard Straps for a stable, locked-in fit. Adjust for comfort and freedom of movement without restricting circulation.

After Play

After each session, remove the shin shields from sleeves or straps and allow them to air dry fully before storage. This helps preserve the inner liner and maintain long-term freshness.

Cleaning

Wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth.

For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water only. Dry thoroughly before reuse.

Do Not

Machine wash or submerge in water
Use abrasive cleaners or solvents
Scrub the carbon surface aggressively
Expose to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight
Bend or deliberately flex the shield

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
